Above & Beyond Awards

Staff members across the country who work in Long-Term Care are the backbone of long-term care facilities and have been overlooked for too long. 

 

Gray Panthers NYC wishes to acknowledge and honor 5 outstanding staff members who went above and beyond during the pandemic with a $100 honorarium. 

 

If you know such an individual, please submit the following

Name / Workplace / City / State / Statement for why you’re nominating (no more than 250 words).

Please provide specific examples of why your nominee deserves this award.
