The needs of veterans in long-term care are as diverse as the generations who have served. From young veterans returning with complex medical and psychological challenges to older veterans facing the realities of aging, the question remains: is the system prepared to meet their needs—and does anyone care enough to make it happen?
Join us for a session with Ashton Stewart, Veterans Program Manager, MJHS, during which we will explore the future of long-term care at the VA, highlighting both the barriers and the opportunities to provide equitable, compassionate, and effective care for veterans of all ages.
We will examine issues of access, quality, stigma, and advocacy, and share perspectives on how policies and practices must evolve to better serve those who have sacrificed for their country. Join us for a powerful discussion that asks tough questions about responsibility, justice, and dignity for America’s veterans.
